Payment Terms

All payments to Evara Matrimony are final and non-refundable. Membership and service fees, once paid, are not refundable in whole or in part, including for unused periods, voluntary cancellation, or if you do not find a match. The only exceptions are duplicate charges, failed transactions where money was deducted but access was not granted, or amounts charged in error, which we will verify and refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of confirmation. To report such a charge, email connect@evaramatrimony.com with your transaction details. This policy is in addition to your rights under applicable law.

If you are on a recurring membership, renewals are charged automatically under the payment mandate you authorised when you subscribed. As required by the Reserve Bank of India, your bank or UPI app sends you a pre-debit notification before each renewal charge, and renewal charges above Rs 15,000 additionally require your approval, such as your UPI PIN, before the debit completes.

You can stop future renewals at any time on your Membership page, by choosing Turn off auto-renew, and no further renewals will be charged. If your first payment has not been taken yet, WhatsApp us on +91 93555 66533 and we will stop it for you. A renewal charge that has already completed follows the same refund policy above: it is final and non-refundable, with the same exceptions for duplicate charges, failed transactions, and amounts charged in error.

The Founding lifetime plan is a one-time payment and has no renewals. Evara Select and Evara Reserve fees are one-time as well. The second part of the Evara Reserve fee is collected separately on a Roka with a family Evara introduced, and if a 12-month Evara Reserve ends with no Roka and you choose to let it end, the registration is not refunded and nothing more is due. Families who bought Evara Reserve on the earlier terms pay the success fee of Rs 1,49,000 on a confirmed match, under the terms they accepted at registration.
